Serena had a brilliant career in U.S Open Tennis, and the success that she achieved in a small amount of time is simply astounding.

5. Steffi Graf

Steffi Graf, known for her aggressive style, dominated the entire tennis industry between the late 80s and the 90s. The modern WTA has learned a  lot from her style of playing. Apart from that, Steffi is the only player in history to have won the Golden Slam along with at least four Grand Slams in continuation. The player had a low time in the early 90s when she lost the championship against Sabatini. After this, the athlete made a comeback in 1993 by defeating Helena Sukova. The U.S Open tennis made her a popular figure in the game.
